On behalf of The Lash Addict Rx. team we would like to give back to those who have experienced personal issues that can interfere with their lives, health & beauty. Part of our mission is to help our customers feel beautiful and empowered. Therefore, we are now donating beauty products to show our appreciation.

TURN AROUND TIME - Email company at support@thelashaddictrx.com within 24 hours of purchase if you have entered the wrong address before you receive your tracking number.

TRACKING: Once the item is fulfilled and processed you will receive a tracking number from Shopify. If you have any questions about your delivery date, pick ups, or drop offs— please contact the carrier. If you don’t know how please email us. A member of our team can help assist you in the process. Please make sure the email address is entered in correctly!

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS - All sales are final. We do not refund or cancel orders. Please be careful to check your cart and mailing address before making your payment. If there is a mistake on us we will resolve the issue.

DISCOUNT CODES - If you forget to use the correct discount code provided, please email us so we can apply it to your order within 24 hours. We can not refund the difference after order is fulfilled.

PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME - There is processing time of 3 DAYS to get your order prepared. This is not included in shipping time. Once your order is processed (picked, packed, labelled, checked, picked up by USPS/FEDEX/UPS at our warehouse) then shipping time starts.

Processing Time on Items:

TLA RX items: 1-3 Business Days
Wholesale items: 1-7 business days

PREORDERS: Out of stock Items that are not available to purchase can be preordered. Once it’s available we will ship it to you within 24 hours. Please check your email for confirmation. These item will be able to receive refunds if not shipped within 14 business days!

DAMAGED:
We are not able to replace damaged products, that occur in transit. Please contact the carrier to further assist. If you don’t know how someone from our team can help assist you.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES - We do not accept returns/exchanges due to our no refund policy.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES - We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once orders have left the TLA RX. warehouse, your package is in the care of the carrier. The customer is required to submit a claim directly with the carrier and follow their guidelines. Please make sure your address is correct. If you need assistance with submitting a claim we can assist you.
